A web library of the organisation’s core indicators, read from the grants system’s public API.

Before: colleagues updated an indicator in the source system, then updated it again by hand in a spreadsheet and re-uploaded that. Two sources of truth, a manual step between them, and every update a chance to disagree.

After: they update the source system and the library follows.

A manual reconciliation step disappeared, and with it a category of silent error.
